About me:

Welcome to my blog. My name is Assiya and I have an unhealthy obsession with all things makeup & skincare. Below is a little bit about me if you are new to this blog and would like to get to know me. 

I am a 20 something year old university graduate (thats as far as I'm going to admit my age, don't ask its a touchy subject). I currently live in Paris and I travel quite a bit to and from London. 

I love researching online the best beauty bargains, the newest product releases as well as oldie but goodie product (can't forget about them). My other passions outside of the beauty world include; photography, sewing and cooking. 

About 'Beauty by Wire'

This blog came about at the start of 2013 as natural 'next step'. I've been addicted to beauty blogs for quite sometime and always imagined starting my own someday, but a combination of procrastination and trying to find a really good blog name (that wasn't taken) always seemed to come in the way. 

So finally one evening I settled down with a nice cup of tea and came up with the blog title Beauty by Wire. There's nothing terribly clever about the title. I knew I wanted the word 'Beauty' in the title and the 'by Wire' part was just a synonym for telephone, as in to communicate. It was my way of saying (to the world) this is my platform to talk about all things beauty. Lets converse!
